One per round to prevent abuse from either team during overtime. It is also logical that one would always get a grenade at the start of a new round.

One per team. Randomize who gets it at round start.

One per round - it matches the supply expectation of all other finite weapon ammo. If "per x minutes" resupply were to apply to grenades, should it not apply to other things like M46 alt, or even LH?

The current system is fine - it is easy to use your single grenade early and then regret it, which rightly encourages more strategic thinking.

Why are grenades the target of consideration here? The LH is currently causing far more undeserved kills (Disclaimer:Subjective opinion). Some people are merely lobbing them into popular route junctions, for several minutes at a time. Area denial is one thing, but lazy blanket-bombing from the other side of the map is just random.

Because the LH was already nerfed. Spammers don't understand how to use the manual detonation, and as someone who attempts the strategy you may be alluding to (cluster detonation at long range) I can tell you its effectiveness is greatly exaggerated.

One grenade per round sounds fine to me.

Skaldy is right, LH is abusive, if there is any direct impact is a direct kill, is not only the explosion damage but the pushing out of the map, Like the Railgun sometime ago. As I saw briefly in my LH last trial it is Used in this way in middle short range :secondary fire (cluster) in Low velocity acts as a M290 (KS2) shotgun , Primary with high velocity as a grenade. In cluster, No need to aim, just bounce it before the feet of any opponent, or randomly shoot any corridor, exit or door. You will hit directly or indirectly with the bounce and get minimum some damage, direct hit is 1 shot 1 kill.
Long distance, use primary in high impact. Clusters High velocity are not effective.

Some observations:

- Even pre-patch, Longhorn grenades would not explode if hitting a player after bouncing off a wall

- Numerous changes have been added with this morning's update to address the issues
