It compensates for the discoodrination of race voting. During mod changing struggle we can usually observe AS voters picking one map and promoting it together even if its not their first pick, while RACE voters spread over 2-3 diffirent options (new maps being the exception, not even the dedicated AS players can resist if they pop up). Bretty interesting phenomenon.
