I found http://www.freeforums.org/ and it seems exactly the same as phpBB3. Would it be easier and better to use this?

Okay so I made a forum from the nub freeforums - But I have no idea how to access 'change layout' as the only things I can see is the same things I can see from being a mod here on LDG - So I was thinking both things would be the same and therefore you would be able to give me a guide?

Okay so I figured it comes with allot of the same stuff - free version - but how do you set ranks for specific people?
I figured out how to create a rank but thats only for the amount of posts reward - Don't know how to set up a rank for just 1 specific person such as - 'The Map Fixer' or 'LDG Admin'
