You will have to create ASCriticalObjectivevolume for the area you want a sound to start playing. Pick a tag name for the AScriticalObjectiveVolume and then copy paste the tag name to the objective actors properties in GameObjective/CriticalObjectiveVolumeTag.
You can take a look at AS-Convoy alternate objective on obj 1 area for an example of this.
