When I stand on a obj I don't get that warning alarm, any ideas please?

You will have to create ASCriticalObjectivevolume for the area you want a sound to start playing. Pick a tag name for the AScriticalObjectiveVolume and then copy paste the tag name to the objective actors properties in GameObjective/CriticalObjectiveVolumeTag.
