When making a ban via Access Policies and not via UTAN, please mark the ban with an [M] (manual) and post again when it has been lifted.
If you see an [M] ban which is overdue, please contact any admin via PM (or lift it right away if you're admin yourself).

Re: Bans applied to pirates
Perhaps to make it more clear to all of us, instead of [M], date of ban end should be used (f.ex 25th March) with thread title changing when the ban is lifted.
