Disclaimer: TeamBalancer abuses to "balance teams"

I just wanted to remind everyone of rule 2b) before a certain habit spreads:
This includes also "attempts to balance the teams in a good will" - using teambalancer to balance the teams in a way that you spec - force sbdy to change - join is a regular balancer abuse and bannable.If a player is switched by the balancer as a result of your spectating, you may not rejoin the game without admin permission. Similarly, if it is suspected that you are reconnecting to the server in order to switch players and manipulate the balancer, action will be taken.
