Permanent? Maybe a month ban? However too many complaints about his behavior, up to you

Yeah, didn't we say that we don't perma anymore but apply a month ban and renew it if necessary? ...

If a player is irritating others, ruining games and doing only shit, if he doesn't learn after several bans then imho no point to make others suffer - just get rid of a bastard asap.

We already refused gizmo's "zero tolerance" and are much less cruel with those bad mouths, we give bans if only there are multiple complaints. We forgave many permabanned players. We allowed them much more but there must be common sense - if we have a bastard who doesn't change his behavior, ignores rules and prevents others of having fun then theres no reason for +30+30+30 etc

Question is if that guy can calm down or we don't want to see him anymore.

I think we should try a month at least first as otherwise we just went from 7 days right to Perm.
