my Name is Qbama, i gave my second UT2004 CD to a friend to play together.
He wrote a something against the rules without any need, and told me too late.

It wasnt me, you see it in the logs he has named himself as "Unbekannt"
and i played as "SackoilBothskill" on the same team.
So you can see it wasnt me.
So please change the Ban to 7 days for "Unbekannt" and not under my name.
As proof you can see a differnet IP ("Unbekannt" and "SackoilBothskill" had different IPs)

I dont want a lift for the key, just rename/split the ban.
So the Ban is not for Qbama.
In fact it was not me, here is the proof:

i asked him for the GUID and IP Playername "Unbekannt"

You made the decision to give him that key and an offense was committed on it. Therefore, the key is banned.

but you dont see my point, I already said i dont want a lift.
Just be fair and attach the Ban to the right Name "Unbekannt" (and not Qbama).
I just made it clear that it was not me. I posted the IP's where you can easily check my proof.
I dont want to waste your time, but i thought i need to correct this issue.

It doesn't matter. It was done under your CD key which you gave out. Therefore, it's on your key's ban stage, which is attached to your name.

Bans are tied to cdkey. You share keys, you share bans.

Buy another key then you don't have to deal with that.

If you're not seen under that key again, your 7 will shift to that new key and he will get 7 for racism.

That is a bit to extreme.

Remember i am not the one who broke the rules like i proved.
The time the Rule was broken the key was not in my property anymore, which the different IP(s) prove.

The Key will be used again if the Ban expires offcourse, so dont worry.
Why not rename the to "Unbekannt", leave the Ban for 14, and all is ok again.
I mean even domain names can be transfered, so why not keys including Bans?
