why the permanent ban

Hi guys, few minutes ago I entry to play in the server, until the map donwload I go to the bathroom 
but when Im back show me a window with message a permanent ban 
help me, when I update my favorite list server no was players playing in the server so I dont understand for what ban me, let me play please 
im a good guy, no tk no cheat no spawn only try to play with my pentium IV 1Gb ram and 256mb video card
