Warez Keys & UTAN

As some you have noticed, on 25.7 I've banned several warez keys as they were oftenly used by cheaters. However I've checked the logs how many people on LDG it is actually affecting. As a result, I lifted several bans for warez keys which were used very frequently by our players:

Lifted ban IDs: #166, #34, #48, #28

Those having a ban on that key will no longer have to search for another.

This situation is ridiculous and completely untenable. Cheaters will just take advantage of this policy to get a new key and do it again in future, or at least get off. :/
