Only because E90-N infinite ammo and being pursued, other weapons don't work.. :) is like spamming a corridor...
you saw the lag spike?... that happens in every game...

thanx, Router was changed around October 2014, I believe is my provider, got steady ping, but lots of package loss... I'll need to get a new provider which sucks because needs a new 2 year contract and 4 weeks waiting for it to be connected :( ...

Those types of spikes look like improper setting of QoS, something that is only acceptable at a low level, e.g. your router, not from the service provider. I would be very upset if it really is the ISP that is the issue.
