Hello

I used this procedure
pilau wrote: For future reference:
1. Install latest update - v3669.
2. Install UT2004 Mega Bonus Pack.
3. Copy BW v2.5 Complete Pack.
4. Copy BWPro offline version - download from this thread.
5. Run as administrator.
But in Loadout menu, or swap menu is active only BW weapon not BWpro. And this weapon is double, if i remove BWcore.u and BallisticV25.u, remove as well other game type (like Ballistic CTF, onslaught), remove only BWcahe.ini not work. But i want to play CFT Game type or invasion whit BWpro weapon. Is there any easy way to add this weapon or i must add one by one in option menu?

thx for any reply

I discovered a much better way to get the latest BWPro.

1. You will have to clean up all the BW and BWPro files you copied.
2. Empty the cache folder and delete cache.ini.
3. Once you have removed all these files, join a BWPro game on the LDG server.
4. When you finish downloading all the required files, the game will load. At this stage, quit UT2004.
5. Download UT2004 cache extractor (there is more than 1 program that does this, all should work).
6. Using the tool extract ALL of your cache.
7. After it is done load up UT2004 again, and you'll have the latest BWPro available for local gameplay.

It worked for me - should work for everyone :)

You can do this by using UCC. Open cmd.exe and open ucc by putting in these commands, one by one:

Code: Select all

cd c:/ut2004/system
ucc
then copy and paste this whole block:

Code: Select all

ucc exportcache BallisticProMain.u
ucc exportcache BWBPAirstrikes.u
ucc exportcache BWBPOtherPack.u
ucc exportcache BWBPRecolorsPro.u
ucc exportcache BWInteractions3.u
I've updated the main post with this information.

Does that apply to all BW mods? Because none besides the regular one works.

If you can play offline it means you have all necessary packages and configured everything correctly. If you have problems when hosting your server with same settings as offline it means that Izumo doesn't enjoy your server.
