Because Knoffer stated it became a feature and that it should stay as it is? But he changed his mind, map will be changed, end of the story.

Changes made:
-Fixed exploit allowing players to skip 1/3rd or 1/2 of track. (Note: Reached out to knoffer to get permission to make this change so that this could be fixed in a quicker time[permission was given]. It is believed knoffer will update this map with different not critical changes in the future.)
