Could it be because of to many files through one game type?

Did you try a complete fresh reinstall, with just the stock patches/addons? Would be the first thing I try but hey, you're not me :p

When you uninstall it, make sure you delete anything that is left over, which UT may not remove itself.

Back up your user/ut2004 inis if you have anything of value in there.

One of the gametypes has missing *.u file dependency.

No I just try to increase the player traffic, by helping this lost soul back into the game T_T
