Offline overview?

Hi guys!
I started to play Invasion a bit, the RPG character of this gametype is really catchy, I like it!
Just have a small question about the whole system - is there possible to see a list of all the features and artifacts with its description? I mean the same one as in the ingame "buy" menu, but it would be useful for me to go through it without being connected cause I dont have much time waiting for ressurection.)
It would help me plan what to buy a lot and maybe others would welcome that to:)

Trying to renew this topic.) Guys, does st like that exist? Suddenly I realized to late which abilities wont fit together, because I didn't have much time to go through the menu...Or maybe just possibility to open the RPG menu while spectating would help, is it possible pls?

There is an Artifacts tab in the RPG menu under settings, but it only lists the artifacts.

I know whats in the rpg menu and where.)
I would just like open it while spectating, or st like that - I cant plan future upgrades well while playing and waiting for res:)

Join the game, play for a couple of seconds, then go to spec. You will be able to open up your RPG menu even while specing.
