This was a strong point of the previous overtime, when the game changed to TAM and you died when you were killed, instead of freezing.

well, yap, that is the overtime... it was endless game before with no health decrease and high thaw rate... but you are not alone in your team, so if your team sucks, your 1 death is "Fair". Is more a balancer issue. Also, you can seek the ones with >70% to thaw, ... how many times the overtime starts and you are 9x%..
there are measures you may take:
-Heal by proximity thawing
-Allow HMC in overtime to heal.
-Faster thaw for deffibs
-Continue defreeze in overtime if you were killed before the overtime started.
-Last man standing in overtime does not get a death.

But to quit when there is a minimum chance to save your team is coward and no challenge, and an exploit.

In the conditions where the death is forced, by definition there is no chance to save the team. In such situations, you should have a method to prevent yourself from being thawed by another player.

Last thing overtime needs is more healing. Sure, the 1 can thaw faster, but then so can the 11. We get nothing in the end.

My own suggestion was no healing in overtime at all. At least then if you enter overtime in a 1 vs 5 situation, you geniunely have a chance. Currently they'll just thaw 5x faster than you and you're wasting effort.

That'd pretty much be reverting to the previous, TAM-like behaviour. Not that I'm against that.

Topic probably still on here somewhere, actually, from when I proposed it previously. Shot down by Jerry.
