Can I play racing offline?

when I go to instant action and select gametype, there is onslaught, and assault. but not racing..... I use cache extractor to keep the maps on my system locally

but they don't show up in the instant action listings

is there a way to get racing to show up in instant action listings

great job to all that create the racing maps...really inventive....nice high speed action
