I can't see how running out of virtual memory has anything to do with the CPU.
It looks like it happened during the loading of a monster sound object - perhaps Invasion just has too many objects. Or, if the memory model works by doing regular garbage collection, maybe deallocation is not being done aggressively or frequently enough.
Shoot the coder.

Notice the map change in the middle
and somehow the virtual memory is capped at 2GB? UT2004 got stuck when it hits 1.9GB

I think 32-bit processes have a 2Gb limit, even if Windows is 64-bit.
I would suggest using ut2004-win64.exe where possible - I've been using it without any problems for the past 5 years under both Windows 64-bit Vista and 8/8.1.

They can use up to 4 GB if they are compiled with largeaddressawere on.
