The new server 1.8 has finally been released today.
I will try to update the server tomorrow. For that, the server will be not accessible for some time (1 - 2 hours). I will also remove the upper part of the map, such that it can be re-generated with new content. It's also possible that some of the plugins will break during the update...

1.8 server is up now!
There were some difficulties during the update. A part of the Spawn Town got corrupted. It only affected surfaces (dirt and gravel) but not buildings. Please tell me, in case you find any chunk errors you stumble upon.
The current version of the dynmap is not compatible with the 1.8 server and is, therefore, offline until a new version is released.
Note also, that 1.8 introduced quite some changes. There are new mobs, new blocks, and new server buildings. The enchantment system has also been changed...

World Guard regions are now back on the dynmap. However, currently only UUIDs instead of names are shown...
