Nerfed Nova Staff even more
Removed HAMR, Peacemaker, Dark Star and moved Flamer to superweapon slot

Removed inherent inaccuracy from some weapons.

Added UTComp, with weapon stats and neon skins off. Use the pitched hitsounds to gauge the power of weapons.

Izumo has kindly fixed the issue with the weapon GUI, and I'm considering enabling neon skins for use.

- Added support for the M290 Shotgun, M75-TIC Railgun and Dark Star Staff
More Ammo
- Most weapons start with a mag of ammo in reserve.
Nova Staff
- Nova no longer passively regenerated health.
- Nova Staves no longer have a 70% damage reduction against other Nova Staves.
- Nova users now take 33% less damage instead of 60% less damage when in God Mode.
- Nova God-level firemodes cost more ammo and are dramatically weaker.
- Nova Lightning costs more ammo.
- Nova projectiles deal slightly more damage.
- Nova players fly more slowly than before.
- Nova only requires 6 souls instead of 10 to activate rampage mode.
Hip Fire
- Dramatically buffed hip fire. The crosshair will now move with the weapon's recoil for most weapons, which means that you will hit roughly where you shoot when firing automatically from the hip provided that you can control the recoil. This is a pretty major fix.
Reloading
- Most weapons cock and reload faster than in V24.
Melée
- All melee weapons now deal consistent damage. Done for all except basic melee weapons.
Anti-Vehicle
- Fixed an issue with the G5 Mortar dealing sodall damage to vehicles.
General Balance
- Reduced M925 Machinegun damage, made the weapon usable from the hip.
- Decreased frag grenade damage and capacity.
- Fixed a bug with the GRS-9 spamming the logs.
- Removed weapon stay for superweapons.
- SRS-900 has increased recoil.
- Weakened Assault Rifle and SMG damage.
- A73 Skrith Rifle projectiles move significantly faster.
