WTF this is the only brush I have in the substract, and there are a shitty BSP hole !!
I lost 3 hours to make differents polygons for my map, but all does BSP fails...
How these bugs can be avoided ?

Symptoms and solutions can be found on the unrealwiki:

so you may try following:
recreate the brush
or rotate it by 90°
or rightclick->order->to last
or make it fit to the grid
sometimes a simple geometric rebuild is enough.

Ensure your vertices are on the grid and all surfaces are planar.
