I don't know how many changes you already implemented but I tried the BW-Test version on #2 yesterday night. Two things I noticed:
Hipfire is now so accurate that you rarely miss a target, even with an unscoped SRS-900 at mid-range.
It was ridiculously easy to get headshots. I got the headhunter award on every map I played - with and without scope (SRS-900) and even with the SAR 12 headshots were no problem.

Re: Hipfire system
And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know.
In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws,
And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke, that lord of Castamere,
But now the rains weep o'er his hall, with no one there to hear.
Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall, and not a soul to hear.

Re: Hipfire system
The headshot radius on #2 is tweaked so that if you aim for the correct area, you actually get headshot credit. The radius is about 50% larger than the standard one, since I found that even when aiming for the head, the standard radius doesn't record headshots. It's easy to get headhunter on bots, but I was actually expecting more testers so that we could get a more accurate picture.
Needless to say, the point of this is to base the game more around aiming for the head. Spamming hipfire might kill someone, but being more controlled about it and aiming for the head should do it faster.

Re: Hipfire system
#2 updated.
The only thing which affect the hipfire radius now are the time spent firing and the movement speed. The movement speed penalty for most weapons is very small (except for machine guns, shotguns and heavy weapons) and the firing circle expands to about the size of the smallest possible firing circle that is currently on #3 after about 10 shots.
I'm also in the process of removing the dashes (M-50 etc). Originally they were added to distinguish between the original package and mine, but I don't care about that now, and everyone refers to the weapons by the original appellations, "M50", "A73" and similar.

Re: Hipfire system
I tested the changes and it seems that the hipfire accuracy has decreased but also it has a negative effect to crouch/stand. It felt like some shots didnt hit the point the crosshair was pointing to...weird cause i know you wanted shooting while not moving to nearly 100%.

Re: Hipfire system
Sniper rifles are not 100% accurate when standing. This is because they do a lot of damage over a long range in a single strike. The expanding circle model of hipfire doesn't work for weapons like that.
For all other weapons, the accuracy varies between 0.17° and 0.7° from standing.

Re: Hipfire system
It would be. The previous version didn't work as I intended it to. When standing or crouching, your initial shot is always on target, but the rest will spread as you fire.
