The day before the end of the world I will just fly in a plane from time zone to time zone and the day will never begin. End of the world is fooled.

hm....but then what about the time differences like China and the United States. december 21st in the US wouldn't be the same in both places....it makes you wonder....

May 21, 2011 (This one is pretty known; Harold Camping owns 55 radio stations and advertised on 6000 billboards in the USA. After his first prediction of the end of the world failed in 1994, Camping refused to accept his condemnation as a false prophet and is at it a second time.)
April 17, 2008 (Ronald Weinland travelled to Jerusalem on April 17, 2008. He announced that he and his wife were the two witnesses of Revelation. and more religious talk...)
2007 (different predictions)
2004 (different predictions)
2001 (many different predictions, specifically January 31)
2000 (VERY many different predictions, specifically January 1, what would you expect with this number?)
1999 (yes, again many different predictions, religious as always)
1998 (same as above)
... And so on until 1984. Yes, every year from 1984 until 2001 has been predicted the end already. Therefore my list ends.
Of course most of these are pretty unknown (besides 2011 and 2000) but there are more known ones so our world should have ended LOOOOOONG ago already.

the world has to end at some point, that is true, but it is impossible to tell the exact date of when it does. so people should just be content and stop trying to get attention "predicting" the end of the world.
