A black hole is a fascinating, yet very mysterious and still a not fully discovered phenomenon. Let us say, this version of a black hole is an artistic representation of the Runestorm developers.
Plus, the distortion effects on UT2004's engine wouldn't be possible, you'll need UT3's engine for this.
Oh, to add one another thing: this is Unreal Tournament 2004, not Realism Tournament 2012.
