Sorry was busy and forgot on it.
Well, Grenade Lanucher and AVRiL are not weapons for DM (or any non-vehicle combat), and BW swap mutator is configured to replace those with anti-veh weapons I think. Secondly, you haven't placed any health pickups (necessary), and shield / powerup pickups. So this needs to fix. Perhaps open some stock map and see it's pickup layout to get the idea.
Some tips btw.:
- some of the ammo is floating
- the skin of the weapon base is screwed (this is bug in ut2004 itself): select all xNewWeaponBase, and under Display set both skin to none to fix
- you may want to add some effect to the teleporter
- it's quite hard to reach the place where now grenade launcher lies, perhaps put there Udamage to one and super shield pockup to the other one?

Okej,
I fixed the floating pickups, i thought it was normal they float a bit

Added health and shield pickups
U-Damage and Supershield
Supahhealth also on hard to reach place.
Removed Avril, Grenades
Fixed skin of lockers

The map is live (weighted as high playercount).

I hate to say it, but can u remove VK's Playground back?
The map is perfect in ONS, but here in DM it is to big, i don't like that people begin to hate my map while it is so nice in ONS.
In the future we can try Sektor9 or something like that size (i have couple of them). It will fit DM for sure after i saw this.

Removed. You can however cut it by "removing one base" for instance.
