Let's not jump on conclusions, shall we? It proves nothing. Why not? Because most of those cases are being purely for fun to do. As I recall from 10 years ago, these signs were massively carved in any public building. Their reason wasn't expression of nazism, they thought it was 'cool' to do, something mainstream, but did not know the true meaning or the deep scars it caused in the memories of those who witnessed it.

As you can see in the chatlog, they did it for their fun, though knew they were being wrong. 'let's not hope they will see it', proves so in their chat log.
