One of the most popular maps on the assault/race server has a music track laid into an area of the map, which is as follows;
Can a nigga get a table dance? Shake it up! Shake it up! Woo! Shake that thang!
And this repeats, endlessly.
Just throwing that out there.
Things like that would lead people to believe it's fine to use the term like that.
Edit;
Lulzy youtube for reference.

Then that's the fault of whoever decided to upload the uncut version of Nightmare. Yet another great benefit of OLDZ, yeah?
I've actually heard that sound before and I couldn't make out the words.

This should be all or nothing. If the word is racially charged, then black people using it so trivially means that it can no longer be so highly offensive - if it was, nobody would want to hear it anymore - and it's nothing more than a double standard. If it isn't racially charged, then everyone can use it. Implement whichever you feel is right, but as far as I'm concerned race doesn't matter on the internet and it can, and should, be kept out of interactions within this game.
I agree that it should be all or nothing. I've not seen anyone ever be offended by it and I definately never get offended by it because I hear it all day. Sometimes I dont even like being black because people always assume thats how I'm gonna speak to them.
