7 Day ban for racism?

Good Afternoon,

I thought I'd post here as I don't want to start another thread.

Firstly, I would like to ask why my ban is for 30 days rather than 14 days which I assume is the next step up from a 7 day ban (of which I served some time before)?

I admit, my behaviour was not at all exemplary, however, I was not warned about this, in fact the admins also "played along" with their usual hurrah of "pre written quotes" such as "sure man, sure", "only in your strange little head" to name but a few.

I therefore humbly request that my ban be for 14 days as It is my opinion, that I do not think the Admins who banned me in this instance followed correct protocol in banning me. If my behaviour was a cause for concern, I should've been banned there and then for 14 days rather than leaving the matter to inflate and then jump to a 30 day ban. Just my £0.02.

Bans are given based on the crime, not on the time it takes to ban.

The admins reserve the right to ban for any rulebreak, regardless of warnings. The rules are not there to be spoonfed to you, you are obligated to know them.

Exactly, so why was I not given a 14 day ban? This is next step up is it not? Why do Admins break the known way of things based on players they don't particularly like?
I get on well with Socio and Aza, I wasn't even aware Elforia was an admin till recently.

This ban says "various issues" which is about as concrete as jelly. We need the relevant evidence posted to this thread before anyone can make a judgment.

This one is a pain.

First off, the ban reason was actually for insulting and persistent use of profane language (suck my/someone's dick and references to horse porn) with the extension as a result of saying "FUCK THESE BULLSHIT ADMINS" after the intention to ban was notified. However, depending on the timing, he could have sent the message just as the warning was sent, and the warning was for a kick and not a ban.

We are banning for profane language, insults and misconstrued off-color humour on all servers now, I take it?
