Back to the forum. I suggest partial as well as others, but i prefer full.

The best in my idea would be to have a "decay" (iRobot word) on the abilities.

I mean that they should be downgraded after some time they were bought and half (for instance) of the points used to buy them given again to the player.

What do you think?

As long as it doesn't get to the point when skill = time spent it's fine with me.

2: That's because you need levels in Conjuration to do that.
