Almost forgot. If you will reset the world, dont forget to enable "large biomes".
Because any creations that are considerable in size (e.g. cities), usually do not fit into usual biome size.

Also, for including content that will be introduce in new versions of MC, i suggest to make world in "onion" fashion. Make a core lands around spawn that will not be reset anymore. Building there can be enabled for players only in certain locations.
Around core, you can place a "volatile" world. It can be reset frequently (at each new release, or even more frequent). You can enable building there for everyone. And use it for resource gathering. Or, you can make a special world for resource gathering.

Also, i want to have a city in new world. Spawnpoint can be located there. And every player can make there his "embassy", or something like that.

Also, it would be nice to have an right to claim an certain area and set there my own rules. They will regulate things like what can be built by other players there and where it can be located, who may build there, etc.
