You don't need a £1000 gaming computer to play UT2004. You can buy a modern computer out of a store for a fifth of that price that will run UT2004 just fine.

You should really go read the definition of selfish. If I tell you that you can't play the game on your craptop and you need to buy a new computer, that's not being selfish. I don't gain anything by telling you the truth. You can delude yourself all you like, but the base fact is that craptop isn't going to handle this game.

On topic:
Reducing your resolution might be another point which has been left out. You may try that one next. If that doesn't help (additionally to the low-end settings) you'll really have to get a new computer. Except if you didn't shut down all other background processes. These should be disabled first of course.

PS: If you are 12, you really shouldn't be playing unreal. Now, we can't forbid you to play it, but there are better things to do for you at the moment.

PSS: You shouldn't request money for nothing. It's utopian to believe that you will get enough money from here or anywhere else on the internet by just asking. You'll have to provide services I'm afraid.

go look around for second hand (business) desktops they drop/sell for a few buks ~50

anything above P4 3ghz (go dualcore) and a X1300/x800/Geforce 6x00 will play smooth (on 800*600) these comps cost about nothing to none

UT2004 is a CPU intensive game.
