If your going to cheat in other games and have said files on your pc. You should naturally and willing accept the fact that you will at any time be vulnerable to suspicion and accusations of foul play.

Plain and simple can't make that point any clearer then that.

With that being said whether your intent was to cheat in ut2004 or not that can't be completely confirmed with the facts presented. Your not making your case easier with the fact that you have 2 strikes against you. If I was you take the punishment and move on. You play with fire eventually its going to burn you.

I don't see the point in appealing 3 or 7 day bans.

Ban appealing always has a point.

Regarding to the racism I myself would reduce the ban to 3 days (and after briefly talking to Aza, he agrees with that too), since we agreed there was no intent behind that, indeed the song in HBRace3 may sound like that. However the cheating thing doesn't make a good light on you, so I myself would keep you 7 days for that. Well, Aza decides.

Anti TCC makes a copy of all your files and stores them on the LDG internal data center. The files are deleted every 6 months.

But for those 6 months Izumo can look at anything you have.

AntiTCC doesn't upload anything, it generally checks for patterns that are "generated" by cheating tools in common places in your filesystem (prefetch, ut2004 installation directory). Although on Linux (and I think MAC is the same), there is no filesystem check - because the relevant command used for that is absent.

This is the guy who has access to the files talking. He doesn't want you to worry because he wants to check your files.

I'd be very careful with Izumo having so much control.

He also reads the content of your private messages.
