It happened, in the wave 14, we were 5/10 players in the storage room, and practically all the monsters outside. Yes, I was switching to my infinite ammo xmk5 when happened. I was crouching over a box in the room at the same time...
Maybe none relevant things but just in case (=

I have the same problems constantly. 16GB RAM/Win 64 (but I don't think its important, when process is 32-bit). Mainly (90%) when switching weapons but sometimes in random cases. Didn't played with graphic settings but I'll try soon.
