That could be more like "EMP Freon". If you get shot, you can't move or shoot until a teammate shoots you. If all players in a team are EMP'd, that team loses the round.

Instagib for the win.
iCTF legend servers are laggy as hell. They are getting emptier & emptier. The UT2004 world need Insta LDG.

I can set up instagib in two minutes with zero ping and Bloxeh, but I can't confirm it's a mod
