Then it should be IRC. Since, there are tools to integrate IRC with: TeamSpeak, Minecraft, and probably UT2004.
Also, its possible to add IRC webchat to the website.

With such integration, anyone for example, sitting somewhere with iPhone, will be able to talk with players at BW#1 server. Looks interesting.

Why don't you have an instant message box on the Portal.php page where people can send messages to others publically without having to play a game, Pm them or make a forum post. ive seen it on many websites

What anyone thinks about it? I think the problem is real. If i'll make necessary software, will it be integrated to the server?

The Wormbot IRC Reporter can relay chat from both a server and the IRC Channel enabling an experience like WebAdmin for those familiar. Teamsay messages are however ignored IIRC.

One possible option is a web chat with phpBB3 integration. Existing users can log in with their normal credentials as they would on the forum. It has a lot of features such as themes, BBCode, channels, etc. I can't post a live demo because my forum is local only, so here is a picture instead.
