I did not understand when my white screen and then you can help m in the link you give me I have not understood

View - Configure - Viewpoints. Click on one and press ok, this will fix the white screen. Then use the link above to learn how to use the editor. Ignore the parts that say paint or 3d modelling. When you have done this, you should be able to make a map
