Have you got the offline version of Ballistic Weapons installed as a mod?

If you're using an extractor, don't extract Ballistic Weapons system files, those being:

BCoreProV55.u
BallisticProV55.u
BWBPRecolorsPro.u
BWBPOtherPackPro.u
BWBPAirstrikesPro.u
BallisticJiffyPack.u
