The dismissal of everything an opponent says as whine is older than the internet, dating all the way back to the beginning of politics. Ignorance is no excuse.

But seriously, I hear "whine" far too much to have any patience with people who use it. They are, without exception:

1) Trolls
2) The intellectually weak who have nothing better to say
3) The terminally lazy who nevertheless feel the need to chip into an argument with unsupported bullshit
