yeah sni they actually say it; flawless is = Flawless Victory, the team that got killed get a Humiliate defeat. think that's standard though. They just customized it so you get an award for it.
The emo award is custom obviously. And yeah it's prob 3 suicides.
Am I thinking of what I'm thinking?

When you're at LDG just take the second on your right and you'll see it from there
