Sorry for the long wait.. Been a lot more busy then I planned on and I get easily side tracked.
There is a video that oliverthecool did for jefe's new minecraft ut dm map that features a version of ldg ballistics mod. Not sure how uptodate this version ldg ballistics mod is, but hopefully this is close to what you need.

A playable early pre-alpha version is available for download for people who have a subscription on the UE4.

The footage I've seen of it in action looks like it's a nice balance between UT3 and UT2004.
