For a tournament to be of any interest, something concrete must be offered for winning, be it reputation, some actual physical or virtual prize, etc. However, I anticipate any such tournament of LDG players to be extremely predictable, with the results showing skill order. Tournaments themselves are only really much fun or worth watching when you have continually improving, dedicated players and when the skill levels of the participants are close.
For players outside of the forum, the best we can do is broadcast a message via the in-game ticker, add it to the news in F12 or pop up a window when players join.

Thx Aza so could we start to prepare the tournament? and where it could take place in the Ballistic Server or any other LDG server??

If a tournament is to be run on one of LDG's servers, it would be prudent to discuss incentives for players to join it.

Also perhaps a KS1 weapon of their choosing, always equipped, including spawning with, for a duration.

Not me, I'm not that good! But probably the Tournament winner is quite skilled, he might be godlike with such a start advantage...
BTW, I donate my KS1 when I believe the team will benefit of the KS2 better... but that is just me...
