I don't know if you're aware of that system and if you are using it, but if that's the case there is this important information which just dropped: If you use to trade Team Fortress 2 keys to buy cheaper games, notably with russian sellers, you won't be able to do it anymore as Steam has decided to Region lock all the keys coming from this country. I asked some friends from China - Chinese are very massively abusing the price. Hundreds of smartphones, luxury goods etc. ... they were very fast on the track.
