Is there a legitimate argument as to why translocator is needed in the invasion gametype?

Problem with that is, when ppl have resupply (which isn't a huge stat cost) all weapons other than ordnance etc will regenerate fine -65% or not.
It's things like the HAMR where you have 15 shots, so come next wave, it'll have like 5 shots for the entire wave which isn't particularly welcoming. Might be worth rethinking for those weapons with a low capacity to start with.
