I personally find FTB better because of mystcraft because you can make you're own personal worlds but thats up to you if there comes a Tekkit server I will certainly join

There are several reasons why to prefer tekkit above Feed the beast (I have experience in both gamemodes, so that argument can be put off the table)

- FTB updates almost every day, meaning staff should almost be 24/7 on their toes to update it.
- FTB uses a version of forge that isn't supported by bukkit. This cannot be changed unless forge desires so... which they refused. No bukkit means no plugins, which gives a harder way of managing a server
- FTB is very new, thus very glitchy and can cause major crashes since it isn't stable.
