7 Day ban for racism?

I've consulted this one with giZmo, as he wanted to give permaban directly. Don't really see it as "targeted" sexism either, just insulting (although that's difficult to say) and it's not really the only case. Don't see an occurence of profane language w/o clear insult though, so where's the problem there?

Oh and Hamish, speaking fair & square: this isn't democracy, if mod / admin tells you to stop something, stop it or suffer the consequences.

Violations of 3c, 3e and 4a. Since a staff tag (team-spec*) was in use and there is a clear period between the first annoyance and the second, there are no appeal grounds. You decided to say stupid shit to a staff member and they elected to ban for it. Some of us will tolerate it and some will not.

The only way that could have been true is if an admin command to rename was executed on Eiforia, which would change the real name (the one which is logged) and not the displayed name, which is the UTComp name. The chances of this are approximately 0%.

Oh and Aza, I didn't mean to offend you. I am not in any way implying that you are lying however, I do have a photographic memory and I can clearly remember that Elforia that day did not have team-spec next to her name. I don't know she could change/hax the logs, but in my opinion, that is what has happened.

So you blame a member of the ldg staff for faking evidence ? Would be worth a ban extension again...

I was there when you was banned and i can witness that Eiforia was carrying the team-spec tag
