Before you do that, fix the underlying cause of why we all 'camp' please.
Anticamp its the best, i wish more Game's like Cod-MW2 have this.
Idea from me if you have a Sniperrifle and und stand more then lets say 5 sec your view blurred + half of the hp drain off. in normal camping the full (10hp hp per sec) drain off.
