It's already back, stop whining. No idea why it was removed, but it's fortress trash, so don't annoy me by crying over it.

There is no victory because the map was never intended to be removed. I assume someone deleted the base version, not realising that the 2k13 version wasn't in circulation.
Anyway, enjoy your fortress / teleporter crap. I guess you have to get kills somehow.
