my thoughts:

~it should probably be on a weekend?
~teams should be random.
~pickups
~separate allocated team-speak channels for teams e.g. Ballistic channel= team 1

No random teams or pickups

Well we can't have irobot, Jam, Aza, Canis, Gizmo etc all together can we?
And pickups would mean that each team has to adapt rather than using weapons they know how to use and can use well, it adds an element of surprise
