So you may have 12 sugars in a day!!! too many calories...focus wrote:tea with 3 sugars. 2-4 cups/day.

-You can cut sugar and make an easy diet
btw, have here some Colombian coffee that I got as a present... Just the smell in the package is so enjoyable... tastes kinda sweet and not bitter...
Besides other quality products, their Coffee is the most amazing one I've tasted...
